Link and operation were also terrible. I have a 100 Mbps plan and average 30-40 Mbps. Disconnections occur often. The relation will be down if the local operator loses control. If you contact customer support, all they can say is "give us some time and we will look into it." It took 5 days to settle a complaint about pace. Their local operator router had to be changed. Any other day, the link is down.
Ive never seen such a lousy Internet service provider or had such poor customer service. If there is another provider in your region, do not use Alliance Broadband. Now that I have another choice in my neighborhood, I will be switching. In metro areas, I am certain that this ISP will not even last a day.
Its been months since Ive had to deal with this problem. Ive contacted the local network and alliance customer service many times, but none of them has done anything to resolve my internet problems. As a customer, Im very dissatisfied.
