It is not upto the mark

We took alliance broadband connection in our office with optical fibre connection so that internet speed would not fluctuate but at starting 2 months everything was good and then it started gradually detorioting speed.then they told to buy gigabite router to geet high speed of more than 100 mbps.we bought that also still speed we were geeting around 90mbps but in plan it was written speed of 150 mbps.after we call customer care they took a complain but nothing worked and noone came to solve that.finally we got fade up and disconnected.
