It is good however the service quality actually depends upon the local operators as the services to the end users are delivered by the local operators.
Alliance broadband helpline number only assists in updating/removing MAC details and answering simple queries. For technical issues they would mostly refer to local operators.
If the local operator doesnt have a power backup or if they are careless, then one would face issues with the quality of service.
My local operator has been helpful however he used to switch-off the Internet connection even during light rains. I tried to make him understand that lightning doesnt attract optical fibers however he never understood the difference. Mostly the local operators do not have the proper skill.
If you have any tier-1 broadband connections available in your area such as Airtel Fiber/Jio Fiber, then go for them.
Else, go for Alliance.
Keep Alliance as the last option.
