No internet Connection for 7 days and going

I have been complaining for the last 7 days that I am unable to access my internet and alliance local hub is completely denying for assisting me with the problem. My Name is Abhirup Roy, my docket no - 5850, ticket no- 54020 facing a problem regarding fiber link as I came to know later from a local technician who have diagonosed the problem and suggest me to do an "OTDR" fault detection which could be only possible by alliance. The local hub denying to assist as they are saying to fix this issue they will face loss and also they are not going to provide support for a single customer( as I am the only user remaining in my colony). Even I have contacted alliance kolkata office which of they are saying that local hubs decision is final and they can’t do anything. I am using alliance for more than 3 Years I guess and this is the treatment they are providing to me. Finally I have renewed my connection on 31/12/2018 and have used till 8/1/2019. From 9/01/2019 I am unable to get any access and still getting nowhere. My place is Alliance Pace+ Rs.590 and I want a refund for the duration I am not getting any access and I am seriously considering now on terminating your connection which is getting pain staking for me.
