I had taken a car insurance policy from Allied Trade Masters, Sec-14, Rohini, New Delhi. I was supposed to be issued a zero depreciation, cashless claim policy from Natonal Insurance with zero No Claim Bonus because I had taken a claim on my car on my last policy. I had paid the full amount Rs. 9850/- in cash to their representative Radhe Shyam (Ph.No.875033886).
I have been issued an incorrect policy which is a reimbursement policy & I also got 20% No Claim Bonus as well. I called up in their office "N" number of times & have spoken with their owner Ankush Kapoor (Ph.No.9560336342) unlimited times to get this rectified but the policy did not get changed. Unfortunately, I met with an accident in Feb’13 and the car got damaged.
I called up Ankush to get this resolved as soon as possible, he advised me to get the car fixed & take a claim, he will get the claim settled in 2-3 weeks. My claim is now pending at National Insurance because of NCB certificate from my previous insurance company.
I have been calling Ankush for the last 3 months that I do not have NCB certificate which he knows & have asked him to get this claim settled & get me a correct policy. He never picks up my call and when he picks he gives a false information every time and makes false commitments.
I WOULD NOT EVEN LIKE TO GIVE A SINGLE STAR TO THIS COMPANY.
