I ordered a chutki bag on 15th April 2013 from Allschoolstuff.com and I don’t hear anything from them on email or phone on my order till 10 days after the transaction. When I called to check after ten days they say arrogantly that the time mentioned on their site is 15 days. Ok! fine, couldn’t you at least send an email confirmation on the estimated time for dispatch of the product! I am a regular shopper at online sites and this website seems to have the worst service by far!
Thankfully, I received the bag on the 13th day but surprise surprise! There is chota bheem bag instead of the chutki bag I had ordered! I reached out to the support team, they say there has been a confusion between 2 shipments, the bags got exchanged and that is how I have received chota bheem and someone else has received chutki bag. They asked to send a picture of the photo for confirmation after which a pick up will be arranged and the right bag will be shipped!
Its been exactly a month since I ordered the bag and 2 weeks since the pick up was done. I havent heard any update from the customer support team! I am trying to reach them over phone and there is no one to pick my call at the other end. Its been such a disappointing experience and I swear not to transact with this Godforsaken website henceforth!
