Order no.855760, order date : 20th March , is still not delivered by Allschoolstuff.com since last 50 days. Upon every followup, false assurance of delivering the product was made. Every time, I was harassed by this company by making me wait for the order delivery.
Now, after 50 days of waiting, they are informing of cancelling the order and refunding in form of e-voucher which I have to again use in their site only and again get stuck in this trap of waiting for order and following up with the, .
Please save me and all other customers like me who are being harassed by Allschoolstuff.com by holding our money illegally for more that than 10 days and for all the mental tortures we have gone through in dealing with them.
It is also fake that they company head Mr Manoj Chandra exists as ’n’ number of escalations done to him are never answered and the company is being run by group of few youngsters who have a big scheme to scam e-customers. They even have a Facebook page which is full of complaints and when they see a genuine customer demanding explanation, they either delete post or don’t bother to respond.
I would like to Give that e-voucher to company head Mr Manoj Chandra to shave his head and sit infront of a temple and cheat more people there rather than running such a fraud company,
This is heights of troubling a customer with such emotional connect to gift a school bag to a kid going to his 1st day school. After assuring 100 times in last 60 days to deliver the product they are cancelling the order and offering a voucher of same amount??? As a genuine customer I even extended my support in accepting any other bag of same value when the ordered bag went out of stock.
But these cheaters just ate time and money and played with our emotions.
