Think twice before you outsource your payroll here

NOTE: This is a review of Allsec’s payroll product. Not a review of this employer from it’s employee. I’ve never worked here, not do I know anyone who does work here.

EDIT: Edited this review as I wrote it while I was very frustrated. Did not mean to offend.

This has got to be the most useless payroll system in the world. Nothing works, website crashes every now and then, website was designed by schoolchildren and only god can answer any queries that you may have.

To make things worse, they do not respond to queries in time, and do not provide the right answers to your questions.

When it comes to salary, such incompetence is inexcusable.

I would rather receive wages everyday that put up with this stupid website.

I wish my company gave me some other options. I am forced to perform my tax declarations here. I hope my employer is saving a lot of money.

Some problems that I have faced over the past few years which this stupid payrolls company. . .

  1. Weird fields in comp plan. Cannot understand where to update what.

  2. Overloaded staff who struggle to give you proper responses and are under pressure to close a bazillion incidents per day.

  3. Various systemic issues.

I wanted to change my salary account. So I raised a request to ask for the procedure to do so.

After 4 days I received a response that I need to update the salary account.

Now obviously, I know that I have to update them my new salary account. Which is why I asked them the procedure to do so in the first place.

I again repeated my query in different words so that the cyber coolies would answer.

Again, I was told that I need to update them the details. . . .

So I finally updated it in the request and voila, I received my salary in my new account.

So it’s very clear that while their intentions are good, those intentions are not being translated into excellent customer service.
