This site is really filled with job listings, especially for India! When I first visited this site, I was really excited about where to click mainly because of their attractive GUI. The site is for both, job seekers and job hunters. It is really useful because we were looking for an XML programmer and very soon found one in Mumbai.
The site is kind of complicated to use. Its login process and search process are sometimes annoying but still worth the information.
