BAD SERVICE AND WASTE OF MONEY ON ALPFLY

I had requested for my travel date on 17th October, 2017. it is 16th October and till now I have not received any ticket, 2 days back they sent me a mail stating you will get a ticket for travel on 17th October with multiple journey on different flight and I am reaching my destination on 19th October as per their mail!


The information will not reach the customer fastly it is very slow


Once you buy their package you should be ready for 3 days journey, MULTIPLE DAYS JOURNEY WITH WHERE YOU HAVE TO MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENT FOR STAY AND FOOD IN BETWEEN!


Once you buy their package their sales team or customer care will never respond,


If you are at your best luck then customer care will receive your call and they will inform you "We are helpless, travel desk will call you", you can not reach travel desk.


Even the number mentioned in the mail I have received from their travel desk is "INVALID". It says this number is invalid.


Now you can imagine the situation with Alpfly.


I am sure each one of us, who is spending 32, 000 at one time, can afford their air travel.


Better spend some more money and book your tickets as per your convenient.


This website and their people are really Irresponsible and not at all customer friendly.
