Alphores Junior College, Karimnagar has a good name, but they use to recruit lecturers and tutors based on package they expect. The least package expected lecturer or tutor will get the job in this college.
Coming to the study matter, they simply treat students like machines. Most of the time they prefer to teach or take classes to the children. They bother only for the college reputation and ranks.
Every student in this college have to come on time and don’t know when they leave the students to go home. There is no scope for any extra curricular activities like sports, cultural events and events.
Such education won’t give the best results for long run. Management have to check these and have to give proportionate time to the children to play, enjoy and participate in other activities.
