Pathetic customer service. Order was partially fulfilled with a cup set, but the chopping board never came through. they will keep asking you to wait since things are supposedly in’production’ and then say they’ll refund but the money will never come through. I did a mistake by buying from this website and wish i’d have checked Mouthshut as there are multiple negative reviews which I should have considered before making a purchase.
