As I mentioned, I had problem in my Chervolet Optra car alternator and battery in my last review, The new battery which I installed in my car as per the mechanic was Amaron battery since the name of this battery is very popular and the technician who visited to check cables of my car was very furious to install the battery somehow, he was not interested purposely to tell me about faulty alternator. He Sold me that battery for Rs.6300 and took away my old battery only for Rs. 900, Since I was cashless and was at such a point where I could not withdraw from ATM, I paid him Rs. 5400 and the car was fine for 2 days since the battery was new and I did not used AC or other Electronics in the car. After 2 days the battery was dead. So I called Customer care which sits in Chennai, He assigned me a thane service center and gave me number of that guy. When I called that person, he was asking me to go to local car mechanic, and then stat the car using his battery and then visit his service center to check the further issue. However the service manual and warranty card says that they should give onsite warranty and that is too within a few hours, they cant keep the customer waiting for hours together at unknown locations. I refused to take my car to his service station and again called customer care. Next day they assigned another service center who reached my location on 3rd day and then took away my battery and asked me to wait for another 24-36 hours. He charged that dabba and then returned and installed it in my car after 3 days.
I was out of my patience coz I wanted to go for a marriage in Pune with family and these guys wasted my 5-6 days in a simple battery issue.
