I attended the interview twice in Amazon Development Center India Pvt. Ltd., Perungudi, Chennai.
All those who attended the interview were given a question paper with 2 questions and given 90 minutes time to complete the test. When the written test was over, we were asked leave the campus, the HR people told that they we will be announcing the results through mail, but no reply came.
These MNC companies like Amazon doesnt have basic work ethics also, at least they can announce that you are rejected in the interview due to so and so reason. This small ethics also they dont know, but I dont know how they become MNCs.
AMAZON only knows to LICK the SHOES of their customers ans clients. India is their major profit market, so they have a strong business base in India, but they are not respecting Indians. They use Indians only for their profit. These HR - Recruitment people of Amazon dont even follow a minimum level of work ethics and human ethics.
They will not understand the mindset of the people who are attending the interviews. These Amazon HR idiots will not feel the frustrations of the people who are attending the interview, while they are getting rejected for no proper reason. They dont have a formal method to conduct the interviews. They just select the candidates through Employee REFERRAL. For Eyewash, they are conducting interviews, collect resumes from innocent job seekers and send them back to home without any proper updates.
My point of argument is NOT about getting a job, but these idiots like Amazon have to announce at least through mail to the candidate attending interview, that they have been rejected due to so and so reason, so that the candidate can get prepared and move on to a new job search rather than waiting unknowingly for the job call from these CHEATING idiots like Amazon HR people.
