Amazon is the worst and worst website compared with other websites. Recently I ordered a product worth 1100rs. And paid the money through my debit card. They were shipped the product and reached to my home after the 10 days. But after 10days the product automatically returned without my permission and delivery boy was not attempted fire delivery, but showing the delivery status as customer returned the product. I contacted the Amazon helpline. Then informed me as the cancellation of order was done and the money will reflect in the original payment as in the concerned debit card. Already 1 week completed. But still it is showing as same status. And again I called to Amazon care, they were telling the refund will done after the product reached to seller. Since 5 days ago it was returned, but still it is not reached to seller. What kind of Amazon it is. It is worst response to the customers and not refunding the money to customers. They are doing nothing. They ate doing with with much delay.I don’t want to repeat this and I decided to never shop on this website. Please don’t encourage such kind of worst websites. If you want to shop anything, then do with cash on delivery only. It is good the Amazon. And don’t pay the money before you received the product.
