Hi Friends, This is my small attempt to showcase you on how these On-line shopping websITES_Company cheated their customers in both morally and financially. I ordered one pair of New Balance running shoes from Amazon.in on May-14-2017 with the Order #171-2684153-4092369 for INR 3999.0, 5 month later I realize that show start tearing down from the front right corner.
I casually approached the amazon customer care and complaint about it, some nincompoop executive than redirect me the reseller who sold this show via amazon i.e ABC Show world - Sonipat. I initiated my talk with ABC show world via Email ( d7f5056x701n3qc@marketplace.amazon.in) . after exchanging couple of emails I got the response that "Please go to NB showroom to claim the warranty"( Email attached) . After getting this email I went to NB showroom in DLF mall on India in Noida. I showed them the shoe and at the first look they said, ’Sir, NB don’t produce such shoes. this is Fake ITEM, and I was like, "WHAT, I spent 3999 for this fake Item". I immediately filed my complaint in consumer forum( consumerhelpline.gov.in) with complaint no. #506012 Guy, I would request you to be more careful while investing in branded items in on-line store. please make yourself sure that that particular brand is manufacturing the product which is listed on portals like Amazon.in. https://m.mouthshut.com/Amazon rel="nofollow" target="_blank" >@Amazon - we buy product on your name. please verify your sellers first and before listing their items in your website.
