Ordered intex cloud S9 from amazon for Rs6499, after 09 days I started facing problems regarding the fingerprint sensor and heating and buggy UI.


I sent return request and to my surprise they told me to download a software app to diagnose the problem.now can anyone tell me how can a software diagnose heating problem when phone doesnt have temperature sensor.


App was not able to find a problem in phone and now I m stuck to this and cant return the phone.


I called their representatives also but no response came. I have lost all my money due to such fake policy.


I ll never ever buy a product from amazon.
