I used to make almost all my online purchase from Amazon only. Just because they deliver in time. But the worst part is that u r their customer and they r ur service provider till the time they don’t deliver anything. After they hv delivered something u can’t even hope for a cash back.
In my recent shopping in November I had purchased lenovo vibe k4 note worth rs 10000/-
At that time they had an offer saying that if purchase through state bank debit or credit card, they will provide a 15% cashback which means 1500/- around and the cashback will directly be credited to ur sbi bank account till 31st december.
Till 14th january I had received no cashback for the same and I had emailed about the same to amazon and the response was ’we r sorry for ur inconvenience. we will check about the matter and if u r eligible for a cashback u will hv ur money asap.’
It is 24th january today which means it has been around 10 days but there is still no cashback received and even no further response from Amazon.
I hv truly started losing my faith in amazon.
It is just one matter.
If I talk about the product quality.last tym I had ordered a Dell inspiron keypad as my original keypad had started torturing me but the product that I received from Amazon is torturing me more than the last one. For a single key press I hv yo put a pressure equal to about the pressure we hv to put on a typewriter while typing. Earlier I had a smooth keyboard but now I keep away from my laptop just because I hate hitting on those keys.
So beware guys. If you buy from Amazon u hv to be the SMARTEST.
