I purchased a dual bed sheet for my sister recently as a cost of 519/-INR from amazon.com
BUT at the time of delivery I was out of town .i got a call from bluedart corier centre to recieve my package. I told them i’m out of town and will recieve my package 2 days later.then the corier boy told me to send a email to amazon regarding my late recieving otherwise they will return my package.I instanly wrote letter to amazon and thought they will definetly look into matter.
after 2 days when I came back & went to corier centre for recieving my package I totally got shocked.
what the hell is this?
they returned my package for the very first day after arriving.the manager told me that he did’t get nay notification from amazon thats why they had done it.
I checked my mail & amazon app notifications panel but did’t get any furthur notice about that.
MY sister who is waiting for her package got little bit of panic as the bed sheet look prettyt cool in pictures.
MY experience with amazon before this matter is not bad.i was trully satisfied by their services, but this time I totally I got dissappointed & disheartened.
