Hi. Guys. As one of user of amazon. I hv bought many items from amazon. When I started first time buying from amazon. They valued me. They given good services. But as time gone they started ignoring me. I bought 1 t-shirt but it didn’t delivered to me. And then I got massage that I hv rejected the order. But product that is t-shirt just not reached me then how can I reject it. Then again I thought may be mistek done by them. Then I again order another t-shirt. And then again same problem continued. Then I tried getting help from cutomer care. I tried sending them emails. But I got massage that it will not happen again. And then I ordered again for last time but again same problem continued and then my cash on delivery option just gone. I don’t know what happened. Then I sended them mail about cash on delivery option problem. Then they said I hv rejected many orders that’s why cash on delivery option gone. But I send them mail again that I hv not rejected the orders. And then I got reply from them saying sorry for the incovenience and cash on delivery option will get back added after 9 days. And trusting them I waited for 9 days. But cash on delivery option didn’t got add back. Then I send them mail again. then I got reply that first you buy some prepaid orders that is by using credit or debit card then cash on delivery option will get add back to you amazon account. Thsy said there system is like that only that I have to do some prepaid orders then only cash on delivery option will get back added. But now I can’t trust them and I just deleted the app and didn’t order anything from their app or website. I just can suggest you don’t use it. They just don’t care about your problems. They just send you computerized emails. But never take actions to solve your queries. Ok. Bye. Guys. Thank you. If uou trust me then don’t use it. I can suggest you use snapdeal it is 100 times better then amazon.
