Friends I purchased Mi Note3 in amazon I received the product found that the camera clarity is not up to the mark as it mentioned in the specification. I want to sent back the item. In refund policy amazon clearly mentioned if I not liked the product I can sent back the product with in 10 days. When I called for sent back my item they instructing me to give my item to service Center for service .well I paid for new peace why I want to use a defective item after servicing it . then after a long battle finally amazon accepted the fact they sended the defective item. Finally they returned the amount.so friends if you want to buy product plz check the return back policy.and make sure you have the easy way to get back the money if the product is defective
