My personal experience with Amazon is very good. They have a very good policy as they provide an excellent products and the fantastic customer service which will lead you to fall in love with Amazon. I have been shopping with Amazon from an year now and I have never faced any problem with them. I have bought many items like phone, hard disk, and many other gadgets and all of them were genuine. The best thing I like about them is the way they deliver. They have the fastest delivery time out of all the companies available. They promise to deliver the same day and fulfill it completely.
Also the variety of products available is vast, they have a huge category of products beginning from small to big. Name anything and you will find it on Amazon. Amazon guys have the best customer services. You bought a product, you don’t like it just return it and they will accept it happily. I think it is the best thing that if you don’t like the product you return it. Apart from this they have a very good refund policy. They promise to refund the money in 5-7 days and they follow it.
The thing I want Amazon to improve is the discounts on the products. If they can come up with more discounts and can maintain the quality then no one will be able to beat them. I had an issue with the phone cover I bought, actually the thing is that I realized that the cover don’t fit on my phone. I was a call away with the splendid experience of customer service. They send the deliver guy. He took the phone cover and within next 5 days the refund was send to my bank account. I will give 5 star to the Amazon. Apart form all this they are providing service in most of the countries. They covers most of the areas in India.
My view is that other companies are 5 years back from Amazon.
I will keep shopping with Amazon and will recommend other to do so as they were the best, they are the best and will remain the best. They are the biggest online shopping portal and have taken over the market completely. Amazon guys please keep up the good work and keep coming up with more discounts and offers.
