Very Disappointed

I had placed an order for Hawkins Futura 2 litre Cast Iron Kadhai of Rs. 2223/- on 1st Feb, 2024 prepaid.

It was a same day delivery and when spoke on phone at 8 - 8.30 p.m through 4 digit pin on+91224891xxxx Delivery Executive (Sunil) confirmed that delivery would be attempted between 10.30 p.m and 11 p.m to which I agreed. But the delivery executive provided incorrect feedback at 10 p.m that the delivery attempted but ’Customer Unavailable’.

This was immediately escalated by me to which I was assured that delivery would be made on 2nd Feb, 2024.

The product got delivered on 2nd Feb and it was not as per requirement so I initiated a return with a refund in Amazon Pay balance to ensure I buy product that suits my requirements.

On 3rd Feb, 2024 the pickup was executed around 4 pm and again the delivery executive had all the liberty and audacity to update that the pickup was unsuccessful.

To my luck I have CCTV installed outside my house which clearly stated that the pickup was done which is attached with the mail for evidence.

My refund is kept on hold because of Incorrect feedback by Amazon Executive .

I have been calling on customer care through Amazon Application and every time I am asked to wait for my refund.

Today on 14th Feb, 2024 when I contacted the customer care I was told that the investigation is not initiated and the refund email that I received was also misleading conduct by the executive.I was misguided by the previous executive as he was not serious about my issue and has asked me to wait for another 4 days.

With a very heavy heart I would like to mention that the quality of service Amazon has deteriorated so incase someone wishes to shop on Amazon just Beware of such incidents.

Also if we rigorously follow up for 10-15 days or in some cases may be more we might receive full refund the way I received after a long wait.
