The refunds are delivered within 2 to 3 working days either to my Amazon Pay account or my original source of payment. It gives you the option to choose accordingly. Coming back to its delivery, it is done timely however for bigger packages they can use more boxes or bags as this time I ordered a Savlon handwash and it was stuffed into one bag with a loose cap along with shampoo and shower gel. The result it leaked and I had to wash off the split liquid. So, it needs to be more careful with bigger orders. I have used Amazon Pay for my mobile bills and I like the frequent discounts given on the portal that helps you to save money.
