Hello Friends, According to my personal experience with Amazon, The quality of product always good, delivery time is also very less, they deliver the item in 3 to 4 days, customer service is also good but return & refund policy are very cheap, They pickup the item easily but do not give refund easily, refund always issue when your product reached to the seller, some time this process may take 20 to 30 days.
I purchase many items from Amazon, there is no issue regarding them but whenever I return my item, I face refund problem every time.
