I think Amazon is a great website. I used to buy on flipkart but as flipkart has become more app oriented website I had to rely on Amazon.
But to my delight Amazon is not charging for home delivery on books. That was a really great offer. I bought some good books through this medium amazon has come a long way in India. It has become more user friendly and products too have increased here.
Customer support too was nice and so is user interface. Amazon is a worldwide brand and Flip Kart founders used to work for Amazon. So they know how to get things done.
And they have really shown it!
