It provides the genuine products. Reliability is good of the online service. I am giving 4 out of 5 starts. Product delivery is very delayed in the service, till the prime membership is bided. If we have the prime membership it will have a fast delivery, if not it will delay. Amazon have a simple and explained app and website experience. We would love its customers experience.
