Of items from amazon , almost all the items were sent after the expiry of estimated delivery date , the worst situation I faced was when I orderd a pair of temerd glasses with offer buy one get one free and a transparent back cover for my asus zenfone selfie orderd from my amazon account with sign in mail id reyazdar0@gmail.com they provided me a range of dates on which they promised me to deliver them , I contacted their customer care service but the responses I got from them were frustrating they provided me the unregrettable reasons for not delivering the product , I felt mentally harassed , as these orderd products were not availabke in my local market , I asked for the refund of my already paid amount , they asked me tiu cancel your order and we will refund your money in 48hrs after receiving our product back I visited their site with an intention to cancel my order unfortunately the option was not available , I again contacted them now they provided an addituonal excuse that you can return the order after receiving it and we will refund your money till then you cant cancel your order finally I received my order after 39 days long waiting .
