Worst Flash sales and servers crash some times and delivery is not too bad. Amazon needs some improvements. Please improve the website and the mobile app! Trying to book few things from flash sales but not able to do.
Amazon must take action against the script users, so the real humans can buy things from Amazon! Sometimes I personally feel snapdeal and Flipkart are both better than Amazon in terms of service and reliability. Many people received some defective products from Amazon.
