Not good after sale..below average service support

At first amazon was my first choice all the time. as they promise the genuine product and they r really giving genuine products always. thats why I always prefered amazon before.


but now my perceptions are completely changed after one incident. I purchased yureka plus from amazon on 10 august 2015. it was working well for 3 months. but after that I faced lot of issues with this phone such as rebooting problem, network issues etc. I called yu customer care. the said visit service centre. then I gave my phone to the service centre then they updated my phone and gave back. it happened twice in las few month. but didnt resolved my problem.  then I asked for DOA certificate as they were unable to repair my phone so that I can get refund from amazon but they denied and then I asked amazon for any alternative. they said they cant do anything because their return policy is changed after first of february. but they mentioned policy will be applicable on the phones bought after january.


now I have no choice at all to get any kind of refund. as amazon promised to give after sale service. I dont know why amazon is selling these type of products when they are not able to give after sale service.  AMAZON will keep loosing their loyal customers. if they didnt improved their service. thank you
