I’ve been buying quite a lot from Amazon since 2000 and has always been extremely satisfied. The few mistakes that’s been made have always been solved quickly and fairly by their great customer service. Highly recommended.I order my items and they arrive the next day without fail. This is perfect for me as I am disabled and extremely ill so I don’t get out all that much to go shopping.
The only issue I’ve ever had was when my puppy’s Doggy bed fell apart and they sent someone to collect the next day and gave me a refund the day after that.We also love the Amazon prime movies, tv and kindle books! I can’t recommend them enough.I’ve never had to contact customer services about anything as all my orders have always been fulfilled correctly and on time
