As you know amazon is the biggest online shopping site. I buy things on here and this is the only site that ships to my area usually. I have tried many websites but they have no shipping options to my area so Amazon.in is my favorite.
Sometimes shipping not done on time but I guess this is the courier company’s fault. This happened to me once and I contacted Amazon help line. The guy whom I talked was mannered and after listening my problem he asked me if I wanted refund. I said if you can send my order then please send that. But he told the same model from same seller on same price is available this time, so refund is the best option for now. And he refunded all the money. Then I made another purchase for the same product and got the product.
I can say that I love this site and its services. Also, if you check the website its layout is grand.Easy to add product in cart and make purchase. This was my experience, I hope this will help you in shopping:)
