Bad quality of product and after sale service

Hi everyone I want to share my personal experience with amazon.in. I had brought car vaccum cleaner from amazon. The delivery of product was very good . I recieved the product before schedule. But I recieved a nonworking defected product. So I booked a return pickup and refund of my product. The return date was of next day. I recieved an sms that the pickup will be done by this person with his number with the time slot of pickup but the person never came in the time slot and after an hour whn I call that number the person says he doesnt have any idea there is a pick up to be done . Then I called the customer service and I complained about this no action was taken instead they gave me a new date for return of the product so the product I return the next day they gave me the refund in my amazon wallet. I ordered another product adding a little more money . Guess what that product is too nonworking and damaged. And when I call the customer service they say the product was working when they sent maybe got damaged in courier . I said to them the product isnt damaged from outside its some internal circuit issue. The customer service person was clue less. And booked a return for this product on todays date with a time slot of 8 am to 12pm. But as I am writing this review its 3pm. The person is still not here for pickup. Amazon.com has to improve itself to check the product before selling and to improve in their return product pickup service . The customer has to do soo much of follow up. I am not at all happy with amazon quality of product and quality of after sale service.
