Amazon is no doubt one of the most reliable online markets but my experience with it in the past 2 months has been very bad. At first I ordered a 64 gb pendrive which was priced at Rs 550 but the order was cancelled a few days later. After 4-5 days the product was eventually delivered and I paid the price in cash but it the product was a broken one and as I tried to refund my order it was not available on the app and I wasted my money on a fake product. In another case I ordered a pair of two books which were priced at Rs 980 but I only received one book and as I paid through my card I had to pay for both the books. I have claimed for refund but haven’t received the money yet. So I would suggest everyone to beware of these online shopping apps. They are a headache sometimes
