Amazon s a big online shopping app. Actually I order all my things from last 1 years. And I had a positive and the negative experience both.
Major one is the posiive experience and I want to share it by you all. Once in the month of July, I ordered a trimmer for trimming my hair’s. And I saw a good product at very cheap price I.e. nova 4003 trimmer. All its rating and the customer reviews are good about that product. The problem arises while choosing the option of cash on delivery option, what was that is I ask for the otp several times to conform my payment option of cash on delivery but they haven’t send it, I don’t know what was the problem.
At last I have to ordered it by credit card, . Then at the night I got those otp. I feel too bad at that time.
In the two days of ordering it comes at my house and when I unpacked it, product was good but problem is that cell holder is too lose and at last I have to replace it by the another one. Replace procedure is only the step in which I haven’t get any headache. Second product was good
Now one time I ordered a gym kit which includes the weight plates and rods, and plates are of PVC as shown in the description and in photos also. When the product comes at my home I get shocked, weight plates are of rubber plates in the place of PVC one. I complained on the customer care and In last I have to replace it to get the right product.
Yes it is a good shopping app but there are some problems in some products.
All my other ordered product doesn’t have any problem, I got as I ordered.
