I have ordered #Amazonpantry items on 4th Dec via Order 407-4433581-8871543 tracking 249602897551 which has committed delivery on 5th Dec.
But it had not been delivered and status shows as left #Amazon delivery center.on 5th. On 7th I have called customer care and they say we cant do anything as we have to wait for the buffer period till 10th December. So I have posted an email to #jeff on jeff@amazon.com. On 8th I have received a responce saying that they are folly with the local team.
Considering poor reputation, I have again write an email on 10th and there were same responce.
Again I have written another email yesterday and the response was same that they have not got any responce from local team
Today I got the call from Mr. Alen and it was intimidating and irresponsible call, he even not provided the reference and start talking this and that.
He told me that the material and total package lost, so they will provide me full refind. I ask about the money which got blocked into there system for so many days because of Amazon fault, he says he cant do anything on that
Afterwards o got an email from the Amazon that the package has beet returned back and they will.initiate the refund once they got the package at their facilities
I mean, what?
Such a shameful
