Amazon is biggest online shopping site in world but still it’s service in India average.
Biggest drawback is what you order and what you get is completely different. If it happens once or twice, we can understand but if it happens regularly then its not at all acceptable. I have prime membership still you get delivery as regular customer. Customer service is somewhat appreciable. Reliability is in question as constant disappointment is experienced.
