For Amazon the name is very big brand as it is a US based company and having worldwide bussiness. But when it comes to amazon.in india based amazon websitw the user interface is not as much good as comparative to other e commerece in india.
As UI is not good its very doddifult process to shop the items. The discounts provided by amazon are also not that much good as other india based e commerece.
Everytime they are shouting Big Indian Sale Big indiam Sale but tgere is nlthong to shop in that sale. The pricing for the products is same as other days onky 5 to 10 % variation in cost.
I had a very bad experience with amazon till now. 2 times they didn’t deliver the item and ask for order cancellation. In this case it took 15 days to return my money. 1 time they shipped the wrong item and very poor quality item for the exchange. I don’t know why this amazon is still alive in india.
They should improve and learn from other e commerece like flipkart and paytm in india.
