Normally people order big stuff from online shopping sites. even I have done so. so one day I started ordering regular items like soaps, handwash, washing machine powder, cells. in whole the order was sub divided to 5 orders. they started arriving after a week. last order came through after 2 weeks. there was a mosquito patch that was not present in the order but they had billed me for it.
I was like my god will I get the money back for it? I called the customer care and they helped me out. within 3 working days they refunded the money back into my account. initially I was skeptical about online shopping but this action of theirs have increased my faith in amazon. I would recommend it to people for online shopping. if there is a issue bring it up immediately to their notice via customer care and please click photographs while opening the package to keep evidence just in case.
