Hi This is shalom…… I writing this review cause I am very upset with worlds most famous branded online store Amazon… I was very happy when amazon came to india and used to shop very often … but since couple of months I facing very bad customer experience while talking to amazon csr… services are getting very pathetic day by day… I have ordered a car charger inverter from amazon on 5th april 2017 by express dilevery they have included 100 rupees extra for this which I was ready to pay…. But I have not received the delivery on time and I got a message that “we attempted dilevery but customer was not available” which was incorrent, cause I myself dialed the of the delivery boy that they have provided to me. Howvere I was getting that the number is invalid. I Reported the same to customer desk and also told them that this product is urgent form me as I had to go for a road trip on sturday… they made a false promise and told that this will be delivered by friday but that also did not happen and when I complaint again, they starded giving the same false promises, I got irrate asked for a supervisor but csrresp got so rude and simply disconnected the call stating that I have already provide all the information I cannot call supervisor on line. This happens so many now whenever we do satisfy with associates answer and ask for the supervisor they simply disconnect the call stating “Sir I have provided you all possible answers to your query, is there any thing else apart from this that we can assist you” they repeat this three times like a robotic script and if you still insist for the supervisor in between the script they will say “since there was no response from you, We are going to diaconnect the call…. very very disappointed. And Hats off to Amazon…. Keep the same spirit and you soon exit from india… with a good amount of earned disrespect…. Message for buyers… Pleassssseeeee…. If are planning to buy anything from Amazon buy it with safety…. Becuse it seems that whatever the goodwill they made at the initial stage is just to settle themself in indian market… and as they have settled down they have started showing their colours … for now their way of handling the customers and other services are getting pathetic, but that day is not far when they will start playing with customers money…. Which they have already started in form of their gift card…. Gift cards are only valid for an year… if you do not use it in an year you will loose all the money which present in your amazon’s account… Here understand one thing it might a matter of 100 rupees return for us … but think about it… if 1 lakh people does transaction for express delivery and amazon will not fulfill that on time they simply say that they will return it in their amazon account or banck account in 3–4 working days…. 100 rupee 100×1 lac= 1cr… Now if they rotate this 1 cr in the market…Imagine how much free of ernings( interset) they will get. And if it comes under your amazon account…. Then they can utilize it at anytime after 1 year they will take that as well from you… so your hardly earned money will goes into dump…. Amazon gift card is something like a forceful usage or I can say wastage of money…. This something that you do not want to shop but amazon will make sure that you will buy or else they will forfit the amount after a period of time… ultimate loss bearer is you, me and all of us…. please be careful.
