Its getting to cold from so many days so I thought to buy a fan heater. One of my friend suggested me to but from Amazon.
So I booked orpat 1220 fan heater with order no order# 405-4493423-10435550 on 24th December.
Cash on delivery was unavailable by that time so I paid the required amount.It was supposed to get delivered by 2nd of January.
On 2nd January I was waiting for their call but there was no call followed by next day.
4th of Jan I checked the status of my order saying it’s shipped and is on the way.
5th if january I got a message the product will get delivered by today itself but neither the product received nor any call.
On the next day I contacted their customer representatives who was really sorry about the inconvenience caused to me. Give me some time I will look into the matter and will get back to you that’s what he said.
On the next day when again I contacted with them he said my order was cancelled. The reason what they told is the product what I have ordered it’s out of stock so it can’t get delivered.
The question is if the product is out of stock then why the hell they confirm the order?
