I placed an order from Amazon for the very first time and this is my worst experience ever from any e-commerce shopping website.
Generally , Amazon is considered to be the best selling and most trusted online shoping site but this ain’t true in my case atleast.

I ordered One Plus 3T on 18th December 2016 and I was expecting a delivery around 24th December in the morning. On 23th evening , I was informed that my order was dispachted and will reach by 24th morning. I called up the delivery guy in the morning and I was told that he does’nt have my package. I had to call up the customer care service so many times and they told me that my package was damaged so it has been sent for return. It was so disappointing to hear from them and there is no claim till now. I have requested them to deliver the phone to me when in stock but still there is no response.
Such a bad experience with Amazon.
