I have been a customer to Amazon since many years. Have been a proud prime member as well. The thing which I like about Amazon is their interaction with customer. I was almost Lucky and have had wonderful experience till date about returns.
Do I trust Amazon? Yes. But recently I had a conversation with Amazon cc about some electronic item that is laptop. I was having belief on their seller Appario. But now a days you don’t see the seller. As confirmed from some reddit posts that Ckicktech has purchased Appario. However it doesn’t have nice rating there, so many people were questioning about authenticity of seller. when I called the cc and refered some questions I was informed some random things as if any issue then get a letter from service center, however many people irrespective of brands claiming the warranty of the product has already initiated. So I didn’t purchase any laptop though I had very good deals going on.
Apart from that clothes and other things were of great quality and ease of return as well. Thanks.
