The website offers a cash-back scheme on most of the products. However, unlike other websites, I have never seen a cash-back getting credited against the products purchased from Amazon.
I initially ignored the offers and discounts for small amounts, but later noticed this scam when the cash-back failed for a product worth Rs.22, 000.
Even the customer support people are clueless about the website.
Cash on Delivery system has similar issues, with the delivery people failing to return the changes of amounts below Rs. 50.I have rated it average, but I do not recommend it for its offers and promotions it promises to offer.
