They are prompt and kind to customers when they get calls or emails. Almost every product sold on Amazon are quality checked and best in class. Yes, you may find some products which are of bad quality but it is not amazon’s fault. The seller which sells those products does that and if we complain about those sellers, amazon takes strict action against those sellers. I have always received my products before time shown their. There are some orders delayed for multiple reasons like seller does not confirm the order or product not in stock, or your address is not found which causes delay in delivery. Their website and App are very user friendly and easy to handle plus they have ssl security so whenever a consumer makes online payment, the bank details are securely handled by amazon.
