It is online shopping for Indians . Amazon is good, fast delivery, no issues with the products but the customer service is not the best. I spoke to a gentleman regarding one of the products my Dad had purchased and he was extremely rude, he refused to speak to me unless I created an account, he then hung up on me when I asked to speak to someone else.
When the product was delivered it was 5 days early than expected, which isn’t always beneficial as we were not in to receive this, they left it elsewhere without leaving a note. Overall Amazon is good and will continue to use but customer service needs improving!
