I used to shop on amazon just before the incident took place.Its not so bad site but orfers are placed by amazon itself are bad tottally bad.
Very first I ordered a movie DVD from it.Then a GTA 4 CD for PC and some other stuff.Product quality was good no fraud. But last time I ordered a cellphone which was Xiomi Redmi Note 3.The package dispatched arrived to my city but then a message came to me that your order cannot be placed!
I was shocked the package was arrived my city then what went wrong with it, or it damaged when transporting.But its cancelled by amazon and went back to its server.
The I contacted to amazon costumer care and I got the reason about why my package was not deliverable.
The customer care executer told me that the address you provided is not able to deliver your package.Then I told them that I have ordered before and they had delivered to my address?
But the order cancelled.The real reason for cancellation war I lived in rural area and amazon won’t be able to place order at some rural area.
I told customer care executer that I will able to pick up the parsel from any where in my city cause I have a bike but they refused my request cause that’s against there policy.
From then I skipped shopping on Amazon cause it not be able to cover India’s rural area.
Then I tried to order from onother sites and get my phone.
So I suppose the users from some rural areas that think before order from Amazon.
