Actuallt this amazon shows as if it is a best online shopping site in the world. But actually what happens is fully dissappointments.within a week I experienced 2 incident from this amazon shopping.the best thing is amazon pay. They give cash back, discount and blah blah.i had money in amazon pay they said 20 percent cash back so I ordered a wallet and a mobile back case.after 3 days I received a wallet.not my wallet which I ordered.this was my 1st experience.but still they respond immediately and return was taken next day and refunded immediately.
The next worse experience was the other product that is my mobile back case.i dint receive any product but my app shows that the product was delivered and signed by the consumer.i was litterly shocked.that I dint get my product but it was delivered so immediately I mailed to amazon that I dint receive there was no reply .then suddenly I saw my call log that there was 3 missed calls.and I had doubt that it might be the delivery boy .but he hang up my calll.so soon later my husband calleD the same no. And askeD the delivery boy just says it was giveN to some one in my street.then finally found the product in the next street.this isvery bad if there was mobile in my parcel what would happen .no responsibility in the delivery boy.how can he throw the product and update that it was signed by me.this is tooo bad.
