Worst online shopping website I have ever shopped with.I purchase a Moto G5s plus mobile on sale from this website few days back.the order is under sale so I got a good deal.I purchase it using my debit card.after some days the delivery agent comes to my home to deliver the product .he ask for OTP .my father told him the OTP .he made some excuses regarding some scanning issue.after 2-3 hours I got the message that I refused to receive the product and the order is returning to seller.I contacted the customer support team .they are blaming me for the fault.after 2-3 day I got my refund back and that too was paid partially to my bank account and partially to amazon aishwaryasingh23.If I aishwaryasingh23 full amount from my bank account then why I don’t get my full amount refund to my bank?.I ask this question to the customer support team and they are making excuses.I think amazon has the worst customer support team and the worst delivery system #AmazonGreatIndianFestival @amazonIN @amazon
