Hi, friends Today I am going to share my experiences on Amazon E-commerce platform which is having a bad experience. I had bought Boya Mic M1 from Amazon and that mic records sound outside more like when we were recording on something on a room it records outside noise and creates very annoying to our recording. So, we had called to its customer care and asked it to return this product because it had not fulfilled our expectations what we want but from its customer care they said that we will give replacement to this product but cannot return it as it might be the fault product but after calling some times more they said ok return will be placed you have to take money from delivery person as we had done payment option cash on delivery. This is the case with us and at last the product returned and got the money.
